The hot tub and leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Although I wish there had been full restaurant service available, it didn't take away from my great experience 🎉

Pleasant property with pleasant employees from the parking attendant to the general manager. Separate room, very comfy bed and clean bathroom. Very classy building, marvellous and incredible location next to all the museums and restaurants, downtown, the waterfront, UW, and the glass museum and tea shops. Also, to all the glass-themed art in Tacoma.

Accommodating and absolutely kind staff, everything clean.
Nicely decorated units with snacks, a bed at the correct height plus a view of Mt Rainier. Unbeatable, magnificent location in the industrial area.

Modern vibes with a few hiccups
This spot's got a cool modern feel and comfy rooms with amazing views. We were super impressed by how quickly the front desk got us set up even though we showed up early. The breakfast was enjoyable too!

Location was ideal. Staff was friendly and attentive. Offers a number of services like bar, food and spa.
Too much non-guest traffic.. There was a concert at the pavilion and it appeared people took the 'short cut' throughout the hotel up to the 4th floor exit. Quality of beds were sub-standard.

The pasta at the hotel restaurant was off the charts, seriously, a must-try! Plus, it's super close to some great spots like Galanga Thai Cuisine and El Toro-perfect for foodies like me! The lobby art feels like a mini-gallery too.
Unfortunately, my window shade was a total bust, wouldn't block the light. And that lamp? Shocked me like I was in a horror movie! Sleeping was a struggle with all that going on.
